Job summary

SOLFL seeks a Director of Jobs Program & Mentorship to lead on-campus enterprises such as a coffee shop, retail store, and student-run ventures, creating living laboratories for hands-on business learning.

You will design and operate programs that integrate inventory, bookkeeping, product development, branding, and customer experience, guiding students through end-to-end ventures with an emphasis on ethics and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading real-world enterprise programs or youth entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to translate theory into hands-on practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOLFL’s real-world enterprises (coffee shop, retail store, student ventures).
• Design and oversee on-campus enterprise experiences for hands-on learning.
• Collaborate with faculty and farm educator to develop farm-based products from soil to shelf.
• Oversee the Jobs Program, including lunch service, mail distribution, and community newsletter.
• Launch and scale student-led entrepreneurial initiatives in the high school and community.
