Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee the federally funded TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program in a higher education setting.

The role focuses on leadership, compliance with federal regulations, and coordinating academic support services for low-income, first-generation college students and students with disabilities. Strong reporting and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, student support services, academic advising, or federally funded program administration is required.
• Experience with TRIO programs or similar federally funded student success initiatives is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
