Band Level 6 Job Description Summary The Director, US Strategy Prioritization & Governance, supports the US Strategy & Execution organization by operating an integrated governance and portfolio-management process for US strategic initiatives. The role maintains a transparent view of priorities, sequencing, capacity, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes and translates portfolio information into clear, decision-ready insights and recommen-dations for the VP, Head of US Strategy & Execution and relevant leadership forums. The role manages strategic initiative intake, coordinates cross-functional assessment and prioritization, prepares portfolio reviews and governance materials, tracks deci-sions and follow-through, and continuously improves portfolio-management practices. The Director works across US Business Strategy, Strategic Projects, Transformation, AI & Platform Products, Finance, DDIT, P&O, and other stakeholders to integrate perspectives, identify constraints, and support timely leadership decisions.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500.00 and $344,500.00 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
