Novartis seeks a Director-level US Strategy Engagement Lead based in East Hanover, NJ. This role translates the pillar lead’s agenda into structured projects with aligned stakeholders, delivering decision-ready recommendations and execution handoffs within US commercial enterprise strategy.

Reporting into the ED, US Business Strategy Lead, this role leads day-to-day strategy engagements within US Business Strategy, translating the pillar lead’s agenda into structured projects, aligned stakeholders, decision-ready recommendations, and execution handoffs. The Director, US Strategy Engagement Lead is responsible for owning assigned engagements within US commercial enterprise strategy development, functional strategy alignment, annual / quarterly strategic planning, market and competitive synthesis, and US LT decision options. The role is also accountable for workplan, stakeholder alignment, synthesis, recommendations, and handoff quality.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500.00 and $344,500.00 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
