Job Description

Job Summary

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the company.

Job Duties

• Develop enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance improvement within current business units.
• Lead high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
• Conduct rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
• Stay abreast of healthcare trends and generate national and local market insights.
• Provide extensive support and collaboration with the company's executive leadership team.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Masters Degree or other advanced degree.

Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience.
• Understanding of the drivers and strategies across functions in managed care organizations (MCOs) and broad healthcare industry knowledge.
• Strategy experience, with the ability to frame challenges through research, synthesis, and to develop solutions and action plans.
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience aligned with job duties.

Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package. This position is remote, with a pay range of $107,028 - $250,446 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.
