Job Summary

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the company.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance within current business units.
2. Lead high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
3. Conduct rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
4. Stay informed of healthcare trends and generate insights at national and local levels.
5. Collaborate extensively with the company's executive leadership team.

Qualifications

Required Education

Masters Degree or other advanced degree.

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Minimum of 3+ years in strategic management consulting or investment banking with healthcare experience.
• Understanding of drivers and strategies in managed care organizations and broad healthcare industry knowledge.
• Experience in strategy development, research, synthesis, and creating actionable plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with leaders, experts, and stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
