Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (scientific, engineering, quantitative, business)
• Experience in Strategy or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred
• Demonstrated track record in people management

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Digital & AI strategy and strategic roadmap.
• Oversee AI & T strategy, portfolio reviews, and executive-level recommendations.
• Coordinate across R&D, Clinical, Marketing, IT, and Regulatory to align priorities.
• Assess market, regulatory, and technology trends to inform decisions.
• Define success measures and monitor progress across AI&T priorities.
• Develop executive communications and portfolio narratives for leadership forums.
• Lead or contribute to other strategic initiatives within AI&T leadership.
• Perform other incidental duties as assigned.
