Job summary

iRhythm Technologies seeks a visionary Senior Director to lead Advanced Technologies & Innovation. You will translate strategic priorities into funded, validated programs spanning AI, sensors, and digital biomarkers, coordinating across Product, R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in medtech, digital health, healthcare AI, diagnostics, or related fields.
12+ with a master’s degree or 8+ with a PhD or MD.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, unmet needs, and trends in cardiovascular diagnostics and data science.
Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into funded programs or launched products.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic innovation priorities into funded product opportunities and validated programs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Business Development, R&D, Science, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial.
Advance AI, digital biomarkers, sensors, and data science into clinically and commercially viable solutions.
Develop investment-grade Product Concept Documents and evaluate partnerships and acquisitions.
