Ideal candidates will have 8–12+ years spanning hands-on technical roles and strategic partnerships, with experience with hyperscalers, AI concepts, and executive stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience spanning hands-on technical roles and strategic technology partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to independently assess partner capabilities and translate offerings into enterprise value.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with hyperscalers and commercial/technical engagement models.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and performance metrics.
• Experience building governance, operating models, and performance measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a structured partner management framework with KPIs and governance.
• Translate partner capabilities into actionable use cases aligned to priorities.
• Lead governance and quarterly business reviews with accountable follow-through.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners; ensure alignment of expectations.
• Track partner performance and maximize value realization across contracts.
