The Director will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance and performance measurement across the supply base.

This role oversees cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and supplier performance scoring to optimize procurement processes in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the organization's sourcing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers value.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, cost savings, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
• Develop and use scorecards to measure and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing operations.
• Explore and evaluate new sources, methods, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials.
