Clarify, document, and support drafting of IT business requirements for vendor partnerships, identifying potential third parties, leading IT strategic sourcing, contract spend analysis, and completing contracts within an organization that is growing and undergoing change.
  • Category Management: Lead the strategic management of key categories related to the assigned Business Unit/stakeholder area. • Contract Management: Develop and maintain Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), and Service Level Agreements (SOWs) with key vendors. Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and take corrective actions as needed. Determine contracting strategy, oversee the process for assuring details are accurately captured in the contract (e.g., bill of materials, scope of work, service level agreements, performance metrics, etc.), oversee and at times lead the negotiation of terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, and establish and communicate contracting timelines to Cotiviti IT and Business Unit leaders. Manage and guide third-party contract management and execution through conclusion while working, as necessary, in close partnership with Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure business, legal, and compliance requirements are captured and met. Lead the management of renewals for the applicable segments to ensure that they are done timely as well as the negotiation of contractual amendments, and ensure that all business, legal, and compliance requirements are met. Direct the interpretation of contract standards and specifications as well as enforce contract policy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead regular discussions with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and business areas, communicate supply chain updates, provide sourcing project reviews, and drive supply chain results.

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage ERP systems and other procurement software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. ·
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis utilizing six sigma (or other similar) methodology when failures occur to prevent recurrence.
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that can assist in employing best-in-class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. ·
