Job Summary: The Director, Strategy Planning & Execution, MedTech Surgery will build Americas (U.S, LATAM & Canada) Commercial (including all Business Units, Marketing and Sales organization reporting to the President) - strategic capabilities to execute against both business and talent goals. Oversees the overall design, development, and communication of planning activities that ensure market competitiveness and organizational excellence. The Director will be responsible for defining and executing critical business and strategic planning, cross-functional partner connectedness, coordinating commercial analytics and scorecard, and special projects as respective to the current business solves necessary for the operating year. In this role the Director, will need to partner with Platform and Functional Sales and Marketing leaders, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, R&D partners to assure on-track execution of enterprise KPIs.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $150,000.00 - $258,750.00. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
