Job summary

Crunchyroll, LLC is seeking a senior People Business Partner at the director level to serve as a principal IC within the People Business Partnership team. You will partner with Technology executives and global leaders to shape enterprise people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning across Crunchyroll.

You will act as a trusted advisor on complex people challenges, mentor other Partners, and help evolve the operating model to drive

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or strategic consulting experience.
Experience advising Technology executive leaders within global organizations.
Deep expertise in enterprise organizational design and transformation.
Exceptional executive coaching and consulting capabilities.
Strong systems thinking and strategic planning skills.
Proven ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.
Recognized expertise in organizational effectiveness and People strategy.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership.
Influence decisions through workforce insights and organizational design.
Coach senior executives through complex organizational challenges and leadership decisions.
Provide guidance on enterprise talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
Lead enterprise organizational design and global workforce planning.
Executive succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and culture evolution.
Mentor other People Partners and evolve the operating model.
Provide executive-level analysis of workforce trends and organizational health.
