Qualifications

• 10+ years launching, scaling, and leading programs, products, platforms, or initiatives.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and drive from concept to execution.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders, including external partners.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and AI-enabled technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch of VIA Journeys, including pilots and participant experiences.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and platform work with internal and external teams.
• Ensure data integrity and interoperability with Lantern and Seminary systems.
• Build partnerships with churches, advisors, and ministry leaders for pilot testing.
• Define and track operational, learning, and pilot metrics; report to leadership.
