Job summary

Schwab seeks a Director of Business Strategy to guide strategic exploration within Advisor Services, translating complex questions into clear perspectives and decision-ready recommendations.

You will collaborate across teams, build executive-ready materials, and influence investments, partnerships, and capabilities to fuel growth. Four days in-office per week in Orlando, FL; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business strategy consulting, internal strategy groups, or strategy leadership in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to develop strategic perspectives and recommendations for senior executives on ambiguous, cross-functional questions.
• Experience influencing leaders across multiple business lines without direct authority.
• Ability to translate insights into concise recommendations and actionable decisions.
