The Director of Strategic GPO Contracting is responsible for leading and managing the strategic development, negotiation, and execution of contracts with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and other strategic purchasing partners. This role plays a critical part in driving market access, improving revenue generation, and ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and business requirements. The Director will work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Management, Payer Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize GPO contract performance, improve product access, and achieve organizational goals. This position will have direct reports and support Teva’s Branded and Biosimilar portfolio.
Location: This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in the Central (CST) and Eastern (EST) timezones. Onsite presence in our Parsippany, NJ headquarters a minimum of 3 days/month will be required.

Occasional:
Sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment.
Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
The annual starting salary for this position is between $184,800 - $242,550 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
