Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a seasoned leader to drive industry-sponsored clinical research and quality improvement initiatives from concept to completion. You will shape project plans, budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and communications strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate steering committees, and work with advisory boards and stakeholder workgroups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry organizations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
