CarMax Auto Finance seeks a Director, Strategic Business Analysis to lead the team that aligns business needs with process, data, and technology capabilities.

You will establish the operating model, quality standards, and governance for analysis, requirements, testing, analytics, and validation, partnering with senior leaders to deliver scalable solutions that drive value and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, analytics, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading and developing analysts or technical professionals.
• Experience establishing analysis practices including requirements management, testing, and validation.
• Strong understanding of processes, data flows, APIs, controls, and reporting.
• Experience evaluating complex changes and communicating impacts.
• Experience with ROI, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strategic thinking and leadership with senior stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision, operating model, capability strategy, and quality standards for the Strategic Business Analysis function.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable analysts with coaching and career development.
• Establish practices for discovery, analysis, requirements, traceability, UAT, defect analysis, and solution validation.
• Partner with senior leaders across business and technology to evaluate opportunities.
• Ensure changes are assessed for customer/associate impact, risk, and sustainability.
• Strengthen the team’s technical fluency in CAF applications, data flows, integrations, and automation.
• Guide evaluation of solutions with attention to value, risk, privacy, and compliance.
• Provide executive-level analysis, decisions, and recommendations with clear tradeoffs.
• Establish methods for business-case development, success measures, dashboards, and ROI tracking.
