Job summary

Stanley Cowton International seeks a Director, Technical Account Management to lead the technical relationship with a strategic biotech client in the ADC/CMC space. You'll provide technical leadership from pre-clinical through CMC, GMP manufacturing and into clinical development, partnering with PD, Analytical Development, Tech Transfer, Quality, Regulatory CMC, Supply Chain and Project Management.

• Significant experience leading ADC or bioconjugate CMC programmes through clinical development.
• Experience managing technical relationships with biotech clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategy across multiple functions.
• Experience driving programme execution with cross-functional teams without direct line management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the technical relationship with a strategic client across all development stages from pre-clinical to clinical.
• Serve as the technical owner coordinating PD, Analytical Development, Tech Transfer, QA, Regulatory CMC, and Supply Chain.
• Guide programme execution, identify risks early, and maintain client confidence in delivery.
