The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and managing high-impact relationships across health systems and specialty pharmacy clients. This role drives strategic growth, ensures client satisfaction, and oversees the implementation of value-based initiatives. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to align services with client goals, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives.
