Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Director, Strategic Accounts to our Lumicera Administration department.

The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and managing high-impact relationships across health systems and specialty pharmacy clients. This role drives strategic growth, ensures client satisfaction, and oversees the implementation of value-based initiatives. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to align services with client goals, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives. This position plays a critical role in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and long-term partnership success.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Lead strategic account management or partnership development across health systems and specialty pharmacy clients
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
  • Oversee proposal, RFP, and implementation processes for new clients and programs
  • Supervise teams responsible for account management, clinical support, and operational delivery
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
  • Facilitate executive-level client meetings, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and client outcomes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning for specialty pharmaceutical products
  • Represent the organization in client engagements, conferences, and industry events
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or equivalent work experience, required
  • 8 years of experience in strategic account management, healthcare operations, or client services required
  • 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role required

  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
