The Director / Sr. Manager Strategic Accounts (Aviation) will lead our efforts within the aviation sector, focusing on our Atrius Wayfinder product, a leading indoor mapping solution used by major airlines and airports globally. This role involves managing existing accounts, expanding business, and acting as the internal and external SME for the aviation vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the airport vertical, primarily selling Atrius Wayfinder and related products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key airport and airline clients.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, deployment, and satisfaction.
  • Develop scopes of work for pilots and new implementations.
  • Communicate product benefits effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Promote cross-selling of AIS suite of products.
  • Represent Atrius at industry events and in marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years in key account management, SaaS sales, or solution engineering.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Additional Information

This is a remote, full-time role based in North America, reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts. Compensation ranges from $144,200 to $259,500, depending on experience and location.
