Job summary

Qualifications

• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy and treatment programs.
• Advise physicians of test results and recommend treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train CFY candidates and supervise staff.
