Qualifications

  • PhD or EdD in a field related to Speech-Language Pathology and/or Audiology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
  • Proficient computer literacy and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SSHS academic and clinical units, and serve as Superintendent of the DuBard School for Language Disorders and The Children's Center for Communication and Development.
  • Manage the SSHS budget.
  • Teach one course each semester in primary areas of expertise.
  • Oversee class scheduling, faculty time approvals, and student withdrawals/major changes.
  • Prepare technical reports and accreditation materials; respond to governing bodies’ surveys.
  • Evaluate faculty teaching, research, and service; manage information requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
