• Experience with budget planning, resource allocation, and project management across internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with local school divisions, state policies, and agency functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of staff in the Office of Special Education Dispute Resolution.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations.
• Oversee office protocols for processing case correspondences and maintaining files.
• Review and approve implementation of dispute system regulations and guidance on IDEA.
• Approve reimbursements for due process hearings and mediations.
• Approve budget planning and expenditures.
• Provide technical assistance to stakeholders via calls and written/electronic communications.
• Lead data analysis and reporting on disputes to identify trends and risks.
• Translate data findings into statewide policy and resource prioritization.
