Compensation: $183,365 – $263,639 annual base salary (depending on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sourcing Management to lead direct and indirect procurement activities in the semiconductor sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing suppliers, developing sourcing strategies, and driving cost efficiencies across global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect sourcing and procurement functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for OSAT, including assembly, lead frame, mold compound suppliers, and tooling vendors.
• Negotiate assembly and package pricing with suppliers to achieve or improve on cost roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering teams and suppliers to implement cost reduction initiatives through value engineering.
• Develop, maintain, and own a cost roadmap database covering fab, test, logistics, and warehousing costs.
• Collaborate with product definition teams on financial models for new products.
• Support NPI efforts including supplier identification, evaluation, design rule confirmation, and RFQ processes.
• Manage administrative aspects of the sourcing function.
• Organize, prepare, and lead quarterly business reviews with fabs and assembly suppliers.

• Proven track record in global sourcing and procurement management.
• Strong background in conducting business in Asia.
