In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across direct and indirect categories that drive business value, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
    Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships through performance management, contract negotiation, spend analysis, and ongoing business reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and product development, to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital solutions, automation, Lean methodologies, market intelligence, and supply chain best practices.
  • Oversee sourcing project prioritization, governance, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure successful execution and achievement of key objectives.
  • Support new product development initiatives by engaging preferred suppliers early in the process to ensure quality, innovation, supply continuity, and commercial success.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of supply chain experience.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive results through cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and successfully execute them through completion.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
