Lilly is seeking a visionary Director of Software Product Management for LillyDirect in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lead strategy, development, and execution of multiple digital product portfolios with a focus on user-centric design, modular architecture, and scalable operations.

As a senior product leader, you will own roadmaps, partner with design and engineering, and drive transformational outcomes in health tech while aligning with business goals and regulatory considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years product management experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience delivering transformational digital products in startup/enterprise, preferably in health or pharma.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead bold digital product strategies, roadmaps, timelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure user-centered, scalable solutions.
• Lead portfolio resource allocation and drive continuous improvement.
