• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices and processes.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack tools and technologies.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions.
• Stay current with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, mentor others in the engineering community.
• Promote innovation, inclusion, teamwork, and autonomy across teams.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to boost velocity and delivery.
• Oversee deployment of applications into AWS environments and transition to microservices.
