Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior platform leader to own enterprise platforms enabling AI agents and GPU-accelerated workloads for NVIDIA employees, partnering across teams to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.

You will define platform strategy, lead runtime engineering for the AI Factory, hire and retain top engineering talent, and drive architecture, reliability, and developer experience across NVIDIA, with equity and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years building large-scale software or infrastructure, including 8+ years leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases, and production operations.
• Strong product judgment with a record of delivering platforms that achieve meaningful adoption.
• Exceptional technical leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence.

In this role, you will own the enterprise platforms that enable the development, deployment, operation, and scaling of AI agents and GPU-accelerated workloads for NVIDIA employees. Partnering with teams across NVIDIA, you will deliver reliable, secure, and scalable capabilities that empower employees to innovate and work more effectively. You will also collaborate closely with NVIDIA’s enterprise partners to broaden the adoption and impact of NVIDIA technologies, extending their reach across both NVIDIA and the wider industry ecosystem.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 292,000 USD - 442,750 USD.
