Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
  • Ability to analyze performance with social analytics tools and derive insights.
  • Passion for storytelling and translating brand goals into digital content.

You will develop and execute USA Baseball’s social media strategy to elevate the organization's brand, grow engagement, and showcase all of USA Baseball’s programs. Your responsibilities include managing the main USA Baseball accounts across all platforms and crafting a comprehensive narrative that reflects the organization's mission and focus on growing the game. Collaborating with the social media team dedicated to national teams and events, you will ensure that content is used effectively to tell USA Baseball's story. During this time, employees are expected to be in the offices three days of the week, working remotely on a designated remote workday and on Fridays.
