As a senior creative leader, you will partner with internal teams, agencies, and production partners to deliver best-in-class content that meets Microsoft’s brand, accessibility, and legal standards. You’ll inspire and mentor creative teams, manage high-profile campaigns from ideation through delivery, and champion creative excellence across every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate combines visionary thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a deep passion for social storytelling that drives engagement and elevates Microsoft’s presence across platforms.
