Job description

We seek an experienced, strategic professional for our Skill Group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The ideal candidate will leverage their talent network, cost management expertise, and global perspective to optimize resource utilization and shape our SME roadmap.

The role will report to the Global Head of Content Competency.

• Build and manage a global SME cohort aligned with client and business needs.
• Leverage SME resources across projects while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Utilize referral networks to onboard top-tier SME talent.
• Analyze demand trends and secure full-time resources where necessary.
• Manage multi-geo cost structures and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies for future SME roadmaps based on market trends.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years in SME management, talent leadership, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of global cost dynamics (US, India, South Africa, UK).
• Proven experience in cross-utilization of SME resources and demand forecasting.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in EdTech or related industries is a plus.
• Graduate or Master’s degree
