Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• MD with post‑doc and 5+ years of industry experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, Drug Metabolism, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree with 8 years or Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of industry experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, Drug Metabolism, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and portfolio decisions across small molecule programs.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions for small molecule therapeutics (INDs/NDAs).
• Strong external scientific presence through publications and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic PKDM‑BA leadership for small molecule discovery and development programs.
• Drive cross‑functional project teams through scientific innovation and risk assessment.
• Lead PKDM‑BA contributions to regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs) and interactions with health authorities.
• Define and execute scientific strategies for candidate selection, optimization, development, and registration.
• Identify emerging technologies to improve drug disposition and development outcomes.
• Collaborate with business development for external opportunities and scientific due diligence.
