Job summary

Enliven Therapeutics seeks an experienced Director of Drug Product to lead small molecule drug product development, formulation, and manufacturing from early clinical to commercialization. You will manage external partners, define CMC strategies, and ensure robust supply for clinical and upcoming commercial programs.

The role reports to the SVP, CMC and Supply Chain, with a hands‑on, fast‑paced, outsourced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree education with extensive pharmaceutical development experience.
• Experience leading formulation and process development for small molecules.
• Experience authoring CMC regulatory submissions and responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead drug product CMC strategy and execution across development stages.
• Oversee formulation and process development, scale‑up and tech transfer.
• Provide technical oversight of external CDMOs and partners.
• Develop robust manufacturing processes and control strategies.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Analytical, and Clinical teams.
