Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking an experienced coach to establish program structure and lead a team. You will design staff templates, hire and train personnel, and monitor performance to drive improved results.

The role requires five years of coaching across ages and abilities, at least three years in a supervisory role, and knowledge of USSA procedures, plus USSA National certification or equivalent. This is an on-site position with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures
• USSCA National certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Establish program structure, philosophy, and direction.
• Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance.
• Design and control budget.
