Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in relevant technical field is required with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in relevant technical field is required with a Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant technical field is required with a Ph.D.

Responsibilities

• Direct Center activity to ensure efficiency and proper instrument utilization.
• Lead experimental strategies and next-gen instruments.
• Oversee software tools for instrument control and data analysis.
• Collaborate with laboratories to leverage single-molecule methods.
• Manage SMC staff and maintain optimal instrument performance.
