Job Title

We are hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions. This is a quota-carrying sales role that provides opportunities for career growth.

Role Summary

As a Director of Strategic Solutions, you will collaborate with customers and senior management to develop high-value AI use cases and roadmaps, helping clients achieve digital transformation objectives by identifying key opportunities.

Candidate Profile

We seek motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a proven track record. Candidates should be able to understand complex business and technical issues, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, operations research, physics, math, engineering, data integration, or computer science is required.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with global Fortune 1000 clients to understand, structure, and implement digital transformation strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships to ensure clients meet their digital transformation goals.
  • Develop and manage strategic customer engagement plans.
  • Research and identify potential customer prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop new offerings.
  • Drive business development with alliance partners.
  • Engage in strategic account selling and customer success initiatives.
  • Travel up to 50% or more depending on business needs.
Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or management consulting.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industries such as defense, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, or energy is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

C3 AI offers competitive salaries, benefits, and generous equity plans. Base pay ranges are:

  • California: $160,000 — $185,000 USD
  • New York: $160,000 — $185,000 USD
