Description

Our M&E practice is experiencing growth in New York and Los Angeles. We seek individuals at the Director and Senior Director levels to lead complex analytics initiatives, especially in AI and generative AI applications, for large, transformational client projects. We value collaboration, career growth, and leadership development in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mid-to-large analytics projects, delivering data-driven solutions for M&E clients.
• Deep expertise in analytics methodologies, data science, and AI applications, including generative AI.
• Manage analytics teams, multi-phase projects, and foster results-oriented environments.
• Identify and sell analytics projects, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
• Support proposal development, capability offerings, and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industry and consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with AI tools, data science, and analytics in media and entertainment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Based ideally in New York or Los Angeles.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 depending on experience and role, plus discretionary bonuses. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and inclusive diversity initiatives.
