Job Summary

Business Manager supporting Global Equities business, primarily Delta One / Equity Financing. The Business Manager is responsible for driving the effectiveness of business objectives and the operational model by partnering with functions such as Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, Human Resources, and Compliance. The role involves providing analysis, collaborating, and managing the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions to meet business needs, including monitoring and optimizing control requirements.

What will you do?
  1. Support primarily the Equity Delta One business.
  2. Provide analysis, collaborate, and manage the delivery of solutions to address business needs.
  3. Act as a liaison between Front Office and functional partners including Technology, Finance, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Human Resources.
  4. Optimize operational effectiveness, infrastructure, regulatory readiness, risk management, and the control environment, identifying areas for enhancement.
  5. Balance governance and process with agile execution.
  6. Coordinate with Product & Sales Managers and Business Heads on projects like product development, setup, expense management, financial planning, trading, and sales initiatives.
  7. Drive consensus and mitigate risks in initiative delivery.
  8. Represent the business in delegated decision-making processes.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Experience as a Business Manager, Product Manager, Trader, Sales, or Structuring.
  • Experience in Equity Financing.
  • 10+ years in a Capital Markets environment with equity knowledge.
  • Understanding of key requirements to support a trading and sales business.
  • Self-motivated, confident, flexible, resilient.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and data analysis.
