Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Information Security Business Solution Architect to translate security requirements into actionable plans and align them with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.

You will lead cross-functional security initiatives, define product roadmaps, and communicate with executives while maintaining compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS and Gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive information security experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOX, Gaming MICS).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA are highly desired.
• Experience designing, deploying, supporting, and communicating enterprise information security solutions with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Information Security, business units, COEs, and third-party vendors, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Champion the enterprise Information Security strategy by aligning product vision, roadmap, and strategy with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify security gaps and opportunities using risk-based reporting and trend analysis to inform leadership.
• Maintain awareness of IT landscape to effectively manage risk and coordinate security assessments.
• Develop and deliver executive- and board-level communications to drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
