At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:** The Information Security Business Solution Architect (BSA) partners with business stakeholders to understand security needs and collaborates across Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, and Identity & Access Management teams to design solutions that are secure by design. Acting as the bridge between business innovation and technical resilience, the BSA translates complex security requirements into actionable plans, aligns security standards with strategic initiatives, and serves as the “voice of the customer” within the security organization. This role drives and supports product development and implementation, advocates for high-performing security solutions that enable business growth, and provides executive oversight for the delivery of projects, products, and standards.
