Primary Responsibility To
Director of District Programs, AVID, Travel Director of CTE, District Discipline and High School
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Process travel requests
- Attend various Committee meetings, taking notes/minutes
- Support Administrators with AVID and Career and Technical Education
- Purchase orders and bookkeeping including State and Federal Grant Funds
- Correspondence/editing/tracking of CPR certification
- Provide front desk/phone assistance as needed
- Support discipline hearings as needed
- Support District safetly processes

EVALUATION
Performance of this position will be evaluated annually by the District Director(s) in conformance with federal and state law, administrative rules, and Board policy.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
