Mastercard is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting to lead a team responsible for preparing and filing SEC documents in alignment with U.S. GAAP and the company’s policies. This role partners with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and other groups to ensure accurate disclosures and reporting quality.
The position involves leading Disclosure Committee meetings, coordinating with Legal and Sustainability, and mentoring SEC Reporting staff to maintain strong controls and innovative reporting practices.

Director, SEC Reporting
The Director, SEC Reporting, reports to the VP, Controller - Financial Reporting, leads a team responsible for the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements, ensuring that the reports, filings and documentation comply with the Company’s accounting policies, U.S. GAAP, and the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
