The role partners with leadership to shape priorities, governance and a multi-year roadmap for high-impact outcomes. You will oversee planning, budgets and cross-functional execution across U.S.

and global teams. The position requires a Doctorate in life sciences and a track record of leading complex programs in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in life sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with Medical Affairs strategy/operations.
• Ability to translate strategy into governance, plans and execution.
• Proven leadership in matrix, global environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance Medical Affairs strategy, priorities and multi-year roadmap.
• Manage operating plan, governance, leadership cadence and execution.
• Provide analysis using internal data, benchmarks and stakeholder input.
• Support transformation including processes, analytics and digital capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning within Medical Affairs and partners.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization and escalation pathways.
• Oversee resource, capacity and budget planning with Finance.
• Own the performance framework with metrics and dashboards.
• Represent Head of Scientific Communications in governance bodies.
• Coordinate high-priority requests and deliver executive-ready materials.
