Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, or PhD in biomedical sciences with 8+ years in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications.
• Strong scientific writing, stakeholder management, and understanding of compliance frameworks are essential
• Preferred: experience with hemoglobinopathies (SCD, β-thalassemia), gene therapies, long-term safety monitoring, and omnichannel education

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to disseminate Genetix's scientific data, generate real-world evidence, and support product value and safety profiles.
• Lead evidence generation activities such as RWE, HEOR, and investigator-sponsored research
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
• Oversee non-promotional scientific education programs
• Synthesize feedback from multiple sources
• Ensure research quality and compliance with ICH-GCP standards
