Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, schedule, and evaluate childcare staff training.
• Recruit children, maintain enrollment records, and monitor development, attendance, immunizations, and health.
• Manage program registration, files, and waiting lists.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress.
• Design and implement activities addressing physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.
• Develop culturally appropriate programs and establish routines with positive guidance.
• Maintain accurate educational assessments and attendance records.
• Conduct parent observations and tours, participate in staff training, and manage CRM software and employee data.
