Bellefaire JCB’s Monarch Center for Autism seeks a Director of Community Education to head a team delivering specialized educational services to students within the Monarch School. Under the Assistant Director, you will coordinate educational programming aligned with Individualized Education Plans and the Monarch Model, managing finances, staffing, compliance, and stakeholder relations.

• Master’s Degree in Education required or preferred?
• Licensure: Ohio Teaching Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage systems for the delivery of excellent educational programming.
• Provide guidance to Intervention Specialists and instructional staff.
• Identify problems and provide root-cause solutions for stakeholders.
• Respond to crisis situations with modeling and behavior support.
• Participate in trainings and onboarding activities.
• Oversee daily operations including attendance and data collection.
• Lead strategic planning for community education and collaboration with Monarch School.
