Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director S/4 Business Workstream Leader – Lifecycle Management to drive standardized product, asset, and service lifecycle processes within the SAP S/4 program. You will partner with engineering, ISC, manufacturing, quality, aftermarket, and IT to define requirements and deliver scalable, fit‑to‑standard solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of lifecycle management, engineering change, and configuration control.
• Experience partnering with IT, engineering, and operations in a global setting.
• US Person status or eligibility to comply with export controls.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation priorities and align across engineering, operations, and design teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver lifecycle management milestones on time and within scope.
• Develop transformation plans covering scope, data readiness, testing, deployment, and resource alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and integration points across value streams; report progress to senior leadership.
