KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP Engagement Management to join our Advisory Services practice.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales opportunities and deliver projects related to systems, applications and products (SAP); contribute to proposal efforts showcasing the capabilities of SAP
  • Contribute to the development of new or improved company methodologies and tools while promoting their usage across the organization
  • Shape and drive account strategy by identifying new opportunities, influencing client roadmaps, and collaborating with pursuit and solution teams to position SAP-led transformations effectively
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across SAP programs, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and business value, while resolving delivery risks in collaboration with internal stakeholders; partner with client stakeholders to define transformation goals, articulate value realization, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging SAP capabilities, including emerging innovations (AI, BTP, and more)
  • Work closely with solution architects and industry teams to ensure that the delivery model and technology roadmap align with the client's long-term objectives; contribute to the development of client-relevant insights, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate the firm's SAP advisory offerings
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience with SAP background
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven expertise in driving internal transformation initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Capability to travel as required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
