This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose: Leads and supervises a team of engineers to design, implement, and optimize advanced technical sales solutions, ensuring successful customer integration of company products and services.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Direct and supervise engineers, manage performance, and foster professional development for team growth.
• Technical Expertise and Customer Consultation: Provide advanced technical guidance and consultation on designing, customizing, and implementing complex solutions.
• Customer Integration and Support: Ensure successful product integration, deliver quality pre/post-sales support, including consulting, demos, and addressing inquiries.
• Project Management and System Optimization: Lead deployment projects, manage technical sales solutions, align them with business goals and cost objectives, and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training programs, drive continuous improvement, and maintain comprehensive documentation, generating performance reports.

Job Contribution: Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization. Manages large sales teams and account modules and/or territories. Supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization. Develops sales plans and achieves regional objectives. Oversees execution, resolves complex issues, and negotiates with senior stakeholders and major customers.
